In yoga philosophy, breath (pranayama) is considered the intermediary between the mind and body, and its conscious control is a core practice for achieving mental and physical well-being. Yoga practitioners believe that the breath holds the life force (prana) and that its proper management can enhance health and vitality. By consciously observing and regulating the breath, one can access inner peace, reduce stress, and improve overall health. 

Sandra is an international Yoga teacher, who has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Her main focus is on breath.  All levels are welcome for group or private classes.
