Laura-Mai Edwards found herself anchoring her identity solely on her job, rather than who she was at the root - disconnecting her from her ability to recognise her own authentic capabilities and motivations. The disconnection led to a series of mental health issues which impacted her life significantly. 

Through her dedication to nurturing self-discovery and personal growth, Laura-Mai founded Root Beginnings which combines holistic methods of mind-body coaching, yoga & breathwork; and offers workshops & retreats. Through powerful mind-body techniques, her mission is to create intentional space for transformative journeys of self-discovery and deeper connection. 

Laura-Mai’s vision is to create a global community of individuals who are deeply connected and inspired by their authentic selves, empowering and supporting each other throughout the journey.
